A black(out) eye for baseball
This article is dead-on. I live 4 1/2 hours from Kansas City, but I can not watch Royals' home games on my computer. How stupid!!

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

Citadel/KISS All-Stars Fall, 72-68
We played a lot better, getting out to a 10-0 lead at the beginning. The firefighters charged back and stayed with us until halftime.
In the second half, we fell behind by 8-10 points. Our transition defense was the key factor (it wasn't very good).
Keith Wiersig (WWLS The Sports Animal) had 20 points, Pork (WWLS The Sports Animal) added 18 (I think) and Bobby Thompson (WWLS The Sports Animal) added 14.
I had a couple of rebounds. I think I was 0-of-4 from the field. Here's some pics Jennifer took using the camera phone.
After the game, we stopped by Eischen's in Okarche for some chicken.
By the way, thanks for the birthday greetings. 29 feels like 28 did (except I'm a lot more sore)
